I had the occasion to taste only coffee and cake there, nice place well decorated ??

Very tasty food, huge milk coffee, but unfortunately it smells like in the cowshed!

We had breakfast here for the second time, everything was very tasty and the staff were nice. Are on vacation in Dresden, I'm sure to come back for breakfast. I still have to write something ?. We have been here many times and we can only recommend it, we felt very comfortable every time we visited. Many thanks for everything.

We were always happy and often in the black market cafe and sad that it was closed. Today we went to the Emils for the first time and we were absolutely thrilled with what happened to the store. It is chic, modern and has plenty of seats to relax in. We were very happy that our "old" waiter is on board again. It was a nice afternoon / evening with you. We will definitely be back soon.

Nice atmosphere, rustic decor, very nice service, good food (we had egg check cake and club sandwich) at absolutely fair prices.

The prices: In my opinion higher than average, especially considering the service. The service: We waited for staff, but ended up coming and calling for someone to take our order. Our orders didn't came together, and hot drinks became cold once the cake and strudel had arrived. The serving: We were expecting for a bigger cake and strudel to come at least with a cream, as it usually served in other places. The food quality: Coffee was tasty as well as cake and strudel. Design: design is nice and cozy overall.

We had delicious breakfasts yesterday (the Londoner is highly recommended!) so we thought we'd go back for afternoon tea and a slice of Dresdner Eierschecke today. Yesterday the staff were really friendly and welcoming but today the waiter was quite cheeky and rather abrupt. The prices are slightly above average and we wouldn't mind paying them for a warm, welcoming ambience - but not for brazen service.

Hello We went to Emil's Cafe today for a late breakfast. We can only say, a top service, very friendly and always with an open ear. Even inquiries about a particularly delicious fruit spread were answered. The breakfast was fresh and delicious despite the late hour. The "cappuchino" was gigantic and a hit. Thank you for a great break.

Very tasty food, good wine and coffee specialties. Nice staff and quick service. Gladly again.

We were also on the morning of October 3rd. there. The coffee was good then we ordered our breakfast. The rolls are quite dry - a matter of taste. Then boiled ham for over € 3 with 4 slices. Slapped lovelessly on the plate without any decoration, they already shimmered green. (!!!) After finally reappearing after 20 minutes, the ham was exchanged without a word. Scrambled eggs unfortunately cold on the outside, the feta and tomato were placed on top after frying. Is that ideal in this form? Overall, the service was very overwhelmed, can happen. You should still be friendly. Overall, the price is a bit higher, if the quality would at least be good that would be okay. Unfortunately not. Too bad.

Saturday morning, day of German unity. The waitresses were pretty overwhelmed. It took forever until we could order and also pay and the place wasn't even full. We had breakfast for 2 and each a latte macchiato and a cappuccino. Latte macchiato and cappuccino were really delicious. The champagne at breakfast was stale. (The salmon is extremely dried out). The sausage and cheese platter was extremely plentiful and unfortunately also a bit dried out. The organic eggs had a great taste. A minus point because of the service and one because of the dried and (not quite fresh salmon and the platter.) Addendum: thank you for the owner's answer and the expansion of my salmon knowledge. So no reason to deduct a point if that is a type of preparation.
